If there are no investors investing in ICO they are going to shift, to IEO, this exchange sponsored crowdfunding are born because ICO has a bad reputation now, the evidence is very clear on so many failed ICO, so expect IEO to be the next big thing.

Scanners will not use exchanges because exchanges know their reputation is on stake if they conduct fake IEO in order to avert this, they do their own due deligence to avoid losing all they have built for years. If I will not invest in a new IEO, because there are many reputable exchanges, Binance, Bittrex and Korean exchanges also have IEOs, I think investors will think twice if the IEO is in a new exchange.

There is only one thing to do only invest in top exchanges with a high reputation like Binance problem solve. But I might consider Bitmax, Okex, Houbi I think these top exchanges are gearing up for their upcoming IEO's. But as investors, we need to help them find some facts about the project lets do our own research to avoid possible scams.

Scammers would always use what they could just to make some money.
So it wouldn't be a surprise if they would make their own IEO they have done it before in ICO and they manage to do a pretty good job on it.
We have seen a lot of scam project last year and I am sure that they would continue to scam us.

I am not saying it's impossible, but less scammers with the new ICO platform.
At least the exchanges will not easily decide, they will make a study or investigation before accepting the application for IEO, they

No doubt about that. Scammers already thinking of a new way or a new strategy where they can enter IEO to scam crypto people. This is how I see it, IEO can be used to scam people by enabling crypto projects to fundraise money directly to an exchange. If some of you think that there is no way they can scam you, well, think twice.

I personally, if the IEO is done by a new exchange, it is impossible for people to invest in it.
So far I believe that IEO is only done by binance besides that I will not follow it.

I can see that they are already making their trials. Imagine what happened to the OEO that was planned to be lunched on Bittrex, which wax later cancelled. Let's be more positive this time since this is just a new development. Scammers are every where so its possible that they will also make way to collect money as easy as possible so as an investors we should take it carefully. IEO is quiet getting more popular than the ICO and soon it will be the main game. Invest only with a good project and if the IEO was being handled by great exchanges.

There must be a legal team on this one and of course exchanges are the one who are liable for this so they really have to increase the qualifications. As it have possibilities to happen, scammers will do some impossible things as expected to happen. But I know that we are aware for their doings and it is up to us if we let them scam ourself or into the others. For this time, we should have to take actions and don't let them do of what they made for ICO.
Cause everything will be fined if we work all together and do investigation with ourself.

But if veriblock can get sold out in 10 secs as mentioned and such millions made

It is ieo time to reign; this is not the time to worry about scammers

The IEO is still a big piece of cake to invest in. I agree with you about the scammer will find out how to scam us. But I believe developers will always come up with better ways to develop their projects.
