Both projects have separate budget and investors. Of course, any projects fall into different category in size
I like the fact that HM is a separate project that is going really well so far. It shows credibility from the team.

It is probably work in progress. They have a limited amount of funds and probably don't want to pay for high listing fees.
It was a decision taken with main investors... to wait for HM to generate revenues. Being on exchanges now, would be like sure death
If investors are on board with this, then I don't see a problem. If I'm not mistaken you said that there were only big investors, right? You have to do what you have to do in order to survive these times.
There are maybe 3-5 smaller investors who put less than 1 ETH each....

No, I don't think they are directly linked to each other. Just the team of developers is the same. Otherwise, I think those two are independent projects.

Well, i can understand their decision. I would make the same decision either. Exchanges are deathly right now. Nothing survives.
