I guess site owner gives the initial sell orders depending on the hardware he owns. Currently there seems to be no sell orders available.

what is the GHS/BTC rate?
Did you check the site. The hashrate price is shown in the Income Calculator section.
BTW, scrypt hashing is about 1000x slower than sha256, and thus KHs is used instead.
