New accounts were not being assigned bitcoin addresses for a while, that is fixed and old new accounts have been assigned addresses. Currently you can see them in the client, but soon they will show on the My Account page as well.

How long does withdrawal take right now? And when do you expect account page to be fully available?
Withdrawals are back to normal or faster now. They were paid about 5 minutes ago.
We expect most My Account features to be available in about an hour.

I made a deposit early Wed, and the chips have not hit my account. I'm assuming that is because of the recent issues. Any info on a time frame for chips to hit my account would be appreciated.
The website issues have not affected bitcoin deposits. Can you PM me or email [email protected] with all details?

I made a deposit Wed about 3AM ET and it took about 5 minutes.

everything working fine even les lag I rloaded or re downloaded 5 times and no sound. I really have to say supports help in this has been less then stellar. There is a separate sound folder when I downloaded but only one file to extract I clicked all over that sound folder and no extract file to be found on it anywere.

Are you on grindabit and can you get on with me there while I am downloading? If you have no problem I should be able to get it working but have done everything I could without being able to get sound. I am bozamavrit on grindabit I will sign on right now I would really appreciate it if you could help me out. Im on grindabit right now if you can instant message me there id really appreciate it.

If you have no problem I should be able to get it working but have done everything I could without being able to get sound. I reloaded client extracted all programs and NO SOUND! Sound works fine in flash login version. There was a big file of seven sections relating to sound but when right clicked It nothing anything that I could extract I exctraced. I don't want to use flash after trying out client I hope I get a little help faster then yesterday on this if anyone else besides support as they aren't always on, could help me on grindabit that would be great so we could instant message chat on grindabit.

I DOWNLOADED 3 TIMES THERE WAS A FILE THAT SAID EXTRACT ALL FILES I CLICKED THAT AND NO SOUND I AM REALLY GETTING AGGREVATED PEOPLE IN LOBBY SAYING BECAUSE WINDOWS 8 YOU CAN HAVE SOUND IN FLASH BUT NOT IN DOWNLOAD? Ive spent a lot of time on this and everything works except the sound I posted in grindabit and asked for help in lobby I asked for a phone number to call support I need sound lol. I refuse to play until this is resolved and I get some help.
Let me ask also if there is anyone else using windows 8, do you have sound or is this a problem related to windows 8 with regard to sound?

There is no hud currently and I hope there never is .
There is a flash available now but no where to launch ring and sng games and no where for transferes if I want to stake and send chips to bet or player. Dissapointed that there are issues for windows 8 players as waited around 2 months and was told windows 8 is good to go, a lot of us have the newest version which is windows 8 I hope this is a top priority as client a lot easier to use unless it has so many flaws like no sound, please fix so I can download for windows 8 the client. Ty. There is a warning on login page of browser that windows 8 has been reported to have a lot of problems with regard to downloading of the client so obv am not going to download it until fixed. I was able to delete client I downloaded yesterday.

I think you need to download a program like winRAR or 7zip to extract the .zip file into a separate folder.

well the flash is up I don't see ring game launch and sng launcher on it nor transferes and withdrawls guess its a work in progress. At least I have sound in flash though can't play without the sound prompts. I keep getting error messages every time I log out of client based and can't hide tables and as said before no sound. When I followed freemoneys suggestions to right click all I saw there was run as administrator and nothing about extracting files. I realize they are bussy after the problems from last nite so will remain patient.
I'm not sure, but I think he might be thinking about Linux when he said "right click" --> "extract"
The PC client is a .zip file, correct? What program did you use to unzip it?

We've just discovered that the wrong download page was showing, it was ugly and didn't have the most recent version. The link on the side goes to the correct page now and here is a direct link, https://sealswithclubs.eu/pc-client/
Did I download from the wrong page? I got on this morning and gave link of page to download for the client. I downloaded client from link given this morning when flash wasn't available.
If you had then you wouldn't have gotten any download at all, so no.
