In general, I would recommend many people to refrain now from any trade, if you have any assets that you have saved - keep them and do not sell them, if you do not have any assets, then it's time to start buying them. The market is ready to continue to grow.
I got rid of only a small part of the altcoins, it makes no sense to keep frankly hopeless coins, well, those that can still at least something to please let them lie down for a while
still hodl, and most of my wallet is a token that has not been launched into the market exchange. so the hodl is the best way to wait for the market to return to green and tokens to be launched immediately to the market exchange.

For the moment like this , it is best to hold now your altcoins rather than selling it in low value becuase you cannot gain enough profits with a low price. The best way to do is to hold and wait for the time that altcoins including the bitcoin to bounce back again in their value to go high for you to able to gain more profits and earn more money. 
For me the right choice is to keep hold of my altcoin, I think now is the time when the altcoin will rise again. holder will be the winner 
See some good coins and try to buy it while its price are still going down. Because when the coin's price returns to normal, you can potentially gain multiple time when its price are still not increasing.
At present there are many coins that have good potential for 2019 at very cheap prices so if later the market has experienced a bullish market then the coins will also rise high, so if we don't have altcoins then buy from now but if we already have altcoins but the price is still far from the sales target, just hold it. 
the right thing to do at this time just hold because the market conditions are not good, sell in a state now, only makes us lose better be patient, until the bull run season arrives
Everyone clearly sees the first signs of the recovery, there is no need for anyone to make hasty decisions at this point. Buy the dip. Wait for the right time to accumulate the lowest price an altcoin or bitcoin can achieve. In this case, you will have much profit when the price goes higher and higher in the latter period. I guess in q1 2019.
for me it is better to sell your altcoin now and to invest in bitcoin because the bitcoin price is now so when you invest in it now I'm sure that you will earn a great deal in the future when you sell your hold.
Selling is not the solution to dumping or else, what you get in return will be little and insignificant. Holding is however a good solution to dumping and been patient comes with a lots of benefits!

Hold is the only way we should take when the price is in the down trend. Hold for sometime till the price comeback to up again. Sell on loss only the tokens that predicted to be die.
