It depends, i will hold my tokens or altcoin if the market is at red, it is really hard to decide when we will gonna sell or when we will gonna hold. because there's a time that we need to sell our altcoin even the price is at low, cause we really need it. And the other is we don't need the money but the price is going up. but we don't know why do we need to sell it,and where to spend it.
