With the current value of 285.33 US dollars and considering the time line for the expected bull run by the end of the year, i would say yes! Right about now is the current time to invest invest in Ethereum. Though there are speculation thatbit will go down more the current value is a good entry point.
The idea is questionable because even now Ethereum has a strong rival in the form of EOS which promises even more transactions per second and in General the EOS network is more perfect in comparison with Ethereum.

Maybe you could buy the Ethereum now because the price is very down. And this is a good opportunity to invest. And if you sell the Ethereum you certainly were at risk you'll lose profit.

The idea is good but one thing I can say, now it is not the right time to sell the altcoins because already the prices went very down quickly and it is not right decision to convert them into ETH. Even it will take time to increase the price of ETH.
