Depending on where you are located and how much shipping ends up being, it looks like about the best price I could offer is ~65 BTC. Subject to change if rates go nuts at any point prior to an agreement being reached.

You can just pick what you want from his list. Mostly what I do order are mixed lots. Shipping is also listed on his inventory page.
