I think it's worth selling now, against the background of the growth of bitcoin, panic will begin and it will be dissolved, then it will be possible to buy back lower.

Ripple is a never sell crypto like the Ethereum and Bitcoin. Because it is adopted most of the banks worldwide to transfer their funds fast way. Unlike Bitcoin Ripple is adopted legally by various country. So, hold it at least it price comes to $100.

There is no reason for me to panic in my loop, so it's very unusual maneuvers on the market to cry, but you need to stay calm and then see what's going to happen next.

Can anyone explain me why XRP price on KRAKEN is around 50cts lower than on Coinmarketcap ?
3.40$ on CMC and 2.864$ on Kraken. Could be a seller but not at 2.864 ...

That’s a really good question. Does someone have any information on that topic? I had that problem too.

All the best,

Coinmarketcap shows average prices between many exchanges and the marketcap is also calculated based on this amount.
Prices vary in the different exchanges because of the local supply and demand. For example check Korean markets which are always higher than USD/EUR counterparts.

i suggest that you need to hold it on your hand, do not sell while you are panic it makes you make a bad decision, and i think it is normal when the price ups and downs. and i think ripple price will pump up again

Many of use bought the ripple when the price was around 20 cents to 80 cents so still if you want to sell it out you will be profitable on selling it out. We may expect the ripple price as a 5 USD at the maximum value so we will find that value with in this month itself since we are seeing the more number of investors on the ripple. Once XRP was not spoken by anyone and not big investors but now trend changed and many people are waiting to invest on ripple now. Utilize the present and earn money.

On different markets the prices and fees of all crypto are a different.  If you want to compare prices you need to look at the total costs including trading and transaction fees.

Not sure about this. First, this would me a 15% fee (!) and second if you wanna buy ripple, the price is still 2.864 ...

So really don't know what's happening...

I heard because of the low fee on exchange, there is some group that pumping the price up..
Can you imagine, someone sell and up the coin price because of small fee?
over 100billion coins.. just need 10 billion to do so.. if you have 30 billion and waste 10 billion for small fee, but the price up to 300%..
is it healthy or what in market opinions?

I'm not just speculating.. Korean Bithumb has free fee for exchange it.. And right now they has 2-5x price then another markets.
I believe.. when it hit some point.. This XRP gonna exploded and slide down as they reap their effort.. And start over? Who knows XD~ (just like Doge)

I think ripple is still worth for holding, it has a bright future and growth potential. In 2018 it will rise more and more, at the beginning i bought ripple for long term investment; so i guess i keep my coins until the end of this year to get big profit.

Ripple had a weird pattern of dropping after mid every month, if you look at the data for the last 6 months. (Data from https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/ripple/historical-data/?start=20170705&end=20180105)
Up until November. Then after mid November, price went up and never really stopped. The pattern didn't repeat.

I guess it would be a gamble to see how the next 3months perform.

That started other XRP holders to dump it because of the frustration that was announced by coinbase. Ripple is starting to drop for now and every trader is trying to realize that they are supporting a bank supported coin and if you just bought this coin just because of the hype, you need to take your profits for now. I'm not forcing you to sell but in my opinion it's a good time to sell while it's not that dumping much.

I sold ripple yesterday at peak and some also today...
Good for you, that's a good timing that you had sold it before it dropped.

Everyone will make their own decision themselves. I bought ripple as a long-term investment. It left a very good profit for now, but I certainly don't think about selling it in a short time.

Focus I guess, ripple now passed ethereum so it makes sense to still hold ripple because it will surely rise and continiously. If you really want to sell it well, you can but you must buy it again if  you  think about best time to buy it again.

Hello Everyone,

Ripple started to drop since Coinbase declared not to add any crypto's anymore.

Is this the moment to get rid of the Ripple we own, or does Ripple still have a bright future?

Thanks!

Smart people are telling me that ripple will be the biggest rip off that world has ever see... Yes maybe he will get to 5-10$ but what will happen when one guy who has 37% of ripple or ripple bank who has over 60% in value, what will happen when they start to sold? Ripple will get back to 0.25 cents or even less...

I sold ripple yesterday at peak and some also today...
