supposedly yes, but i'm a bit sceptical about it, thats why i would use escrow for transaction, or wait for op to go first in the deal.
if anyone else was paid, preferred some older user, that could vouch that this is legit

If you are concerned about your account being used for illegal purposes, then you should not even think to sell your Facebook account to the OP in the first place. It is as simple as that.
