So you say you need 1,000 BTC to make your project work, yet if you don't hit it, you'll still keep the money? That's not how accountability works, why should you get 500 BTC if you *need* 1,000 to make the project work?
You're avoiding the question. If you raise 50BTC, will the money be returned is the question. Otherwise, the money would go to waist as you do not have the funds to *make your project a reality*.
I'm saying our goal is to reach 1000 + BTC, we must receive a minimum of 350 BTC for Blocktrust to release their funds to us. So, if we don't hit 350 BTC we won't get anything.
