I'm for the moment looking at installing one of these on the exhaust side when I get my proper power supply.

That fan is only 66cfm, I believe the S1 fans are 130CFM.  I tried putting in some 120mm 95CFM fans on the output and they seemed to be blocking the airflow more than assisting as the miners ran a few degrees hotter.

I have ordered a fan that is purported to be similar to the stock S1 fans and will report back once I get it

I wonder where you go for something that high without the loud hum of decibels at that level.

I had found something with 130 but it didn't specify pins and had no reviews.

What are these fans considered ? Are they server fans as is why I can't find something on newegg close to that level.

I put a second fan on (corsair Sp120) and it actually made everything much worse, I've got a lot of X and speed dropped. I removed the second fan and simply OC'ed to 375 MHZ instead of 393 or 400. It did not affect the temp (at least I do not see much difference). I think that room temp is much more important than extra fans.

I gotta find what the decibels on this one .It has 151 cfm though like you said about the other it's probably a vacume but it's 4 pin so I'd hope I wouldn't hit that high [though some how I have with the default fan with one active blade].

58DB.  Might as well go for the full 240CFM one for that (65DB)

Case fans are like snowflakes - there are no two alike.  These particular fans aren't like to anything I've seen recently.  Your best bet is to get a 100+CFM fan with under 35DB and run it alongside the stock fan at full RPMs in a push-pull config.

If you don't care about noise, just go with these vacuum cleaners: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835213001
Be prepared to wear earplugs whenever you walk into the same building as them though.

I wouldn't bother to get anything that's around 110 CFM that's over 40DB.  The ones I use will probably be your best bang-for-the-buck: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835132022

Reconnected... I change my wireless to 192.168.1.254,  subnet mask 255.255.255.0 , and the default gateway stays same it puts me offline but then I can access the miner I held the reset for 30s let go shut it off held reset again while powering on then off again and finally on again to reconnect probably unnecessary but it worked

Let me know how that goes...I have tried to reset mine but I hold in the S2 black button for 10-20 seconds, re-power it up, and it doesn't seem to be resetting mine.

If your pool is alive, then you're connected.  What else does your screen show?  I can compare it to mine, maybe we can figure out the problem.
I no longer can connect changed some lan  setting .... hash rates were zero had less then ten get works and discards in the antminer section was nothing said something like not yet available was your fan running before it was mining

I don't understand what U mean.  If mine stays on all the time and it's working, why would yours work and hash if the light does not stay on?   It sounds to me like your Antminer has a problem, but I'm not really sure.  All I can tell you is what mine is doing and it's mining and hashing fine.

sent an email to the only address I know webmaster@bitmain.... is there another way to contact bitmaintech?

AngusCanine:    On my running Antminer S1, my green light stays on all the time on the right side if you're looking at the fan.  I just went and looked, and it stays on all the time.  Just thought I'd let you know.
my only came on once after a reboot but it still wasn't hashing???

I have reset the Antminer S1, to no avail.  I still cannot get it in a web browser (I do get the black Lula sign-in screen) but it just hangs there.  The reset S2 button however does not seem to be resetting the machine.  When I plug in ethernet cable, the green lights blink 2-3 times and they shut off and never come back.  I have another Antminer doing just fine, but I cannot get this second one online.  It was online yesterday -- I had it pulled up and changed something in the WAN/LAN/WWAN area and when I restarted it, I now have this problem where it won't come up on a web browser.  Help!

did you change your router ip back to same subnet as antminer 192.168.x.xxx first x needs to be the same the next set needs to not be 99 it'll bump you offline if your the same as me 192.168.2.xxx but you should be able to connect, im sure you already tried though, I got a question for you on your working s1's is there green led's on the outside lit up?

No, there is not.  I had said in my earlier post (which is back several posts now haha) that I have 2 Antminers and I'd already changed the IP on the first Antminer to 98 (sticker said 99) and the second Antminer I got also has the same IP sticker (so I left it at 99, since the other one is at 98 and I can see it on IPscan).  When I do an IP scan with the second Antminer hooked up directly to the router via ethernet cable, it just won't show up there.  It was showing up when I first opened the box and hooked it up.  I changed something and can't remember what, and now I can't sign back into it.

Well, I'd start out by checking all physical connections first. Take the cable from the known working unit and put it in the non-working unit to see if you get the link lights to stay on.
