I think you are talking about serious issue like account ban/freeze that typically consumed a lot of time for waiting since the team do a thorough investigation on the case since it’s a sensitive concern. No casino can offer a quick resolution on handling a violating of ToS issue especially if the user is just requesting for an appeal to casino action.

I'm leaving you this message to say that I'm proud to be part of the Sherbet campaign on the forum for several reasons: the site is clear, precise and pleasant to navigate. Another point is the translation of the site, one of my colleagues is not English speaker and asked me to point out that it would be good to propose other languages for the user interface. Yes, I saw that and that's what I've meant about the center. I just thought that it would be a long list if all of those will be listed downsided. But I guess those that are listed on the side are the ones that have the highest demand as there's that little fire icon on the top. And it's possible for each player to have all of those games listed as favourites and what I'm thinking could be done through it. Reports are noted by Sherbet team and they are investigating the issue, I believe so. It is like a bug on Sherbet but it is important for Sherbet users as well as the casino, they must investigate this issue carefully and fix it as soon as possible.

I don't think any shady from Sherbet as they wrote it very clearly in ToS, they just need to fix that bug for the casino detection on user registration and related notification.

It looks strange, but what kind of license you will see somehow depends on the country from which you log in to saig, for example, if you select France in the vpn, I get "no valid"   if I choose if I choose Germany, I get "valid license" although both countries are in the list of restrictions.
