Hello Sherbet, I want to join your website but I am from Germany. And even though your website is not blocking German IP-addresses
If it is truly like you told, Sherbet team should fix that bug.
I see in your terms that German customers cannot join.
So why are there certain countries, like for example Germany, which you are allowed to accept users from according to your license, but you still decide NOT to accept Germans? Any reason for this?

To avoid doubt, the restrictions on engaging in real-money play from prohibited jurisdictions apply equally to residents and citizens of other nations while in a prohibited jurisdiction. Any attempt to circumvent the restrictions on play by persons in a prohibited or restricted jurisdiction is a breach of this Agreement. An attempt at circumvention includes, but is not limited to, manipulating the information used by Sherbet to identify your location and providing Sherbet with false or misleading information regarding your location or place of residence.
The attempt to manipulate your real location through the use of VPN, proxy, or similar services or the provision of incorrect or misleading information about your place of residence, with the intent to circumvent geo-blocking or jurisdiction restrictions, constitutes a breach of Clause 5 of this policy.

Restricted areas / locations are from the casino itself in general and from a game provider in particular. On one casino, you will have two types of restriction, one from casino (restrict users to use that service entirely), or from a specific game provider (it means a casino does not prohibit users from that country but that user can not use one or same games because of additional restrictions from a game provider).
