Why is there so much talk about licenses, it just makes me think that sherbet doesn't have one.

I agree that Curacao license is not that strong but it’s not cheap either for a gambling casino will waste money just to scam because they are doxxed when they applied for a license. Some casino is just playing dirty on players that won huge amount by using the ToS to not honor the profit.

A such giveaway has similar goal which is to attract new customers. Should it be only done for bitcointalk members? May be good idea but that will ruin the whole point of taking advantage of it. A standard no deposit bonus should be open in the website for everyone to get the best out of it.
