We need to have more detailed answer here but be aware that company has their responsibility to not reveal customer information for their customer privacy. If a casino and game provider detect that a user has fraudulent activity and with a trusted casino, chance to appeal successfully is zero.

I don't know much about Sherbet as they only came to the forum recent weeks but as basic rules, a casino won't destroy their reputation by one or two cases like this. They can gain bigger income by longer operation if they handle accusation cases correctly.

Good finding, I thought it is completely free but in fact players need to make deposit in order to wager the winning from the FS.
So it is not required to deposit in advance to get the FS but once we are able to wager 20x from the FS then we need to deposit at least $20 to unlock by wagering 45x of the remaining balance after the 20x wager.
Honestly I still confuse, can we do the 45x wager requirement without deposit, as the rule of $20 minimum deposit is something like just a requirement to transfer the bonus balance after the complete the 45x wager.

Yep, this is exactly how it works. You will not get any winnings before wagering the winnings amount 20x times (so you have to make a deposit in order to do so).
