Long-term investment can be done when choosing good and potential coins. it is done to maximize profit, while the short term can be done when it has a coin that has the potential to dump and certainly it's not too good in the long run.
I think long-term investments are the best. Because there is no risk and it is safe. In my opinion day by day, cryptocurrency is becoming a popular and potential platform so that cryptocurrency will bring a good change in the future. So i hope it is possible to make good profits through future long-term investments.
It depends on the investor preferable, if they will want to do it long term or short term trading but for me I would agree with you that long term investment is good enough, and I prefer it too, especially if you are investing in those top coins in the cmc, for sure they will be worth it to invest in the future.

Long-term investments are those investments that you intend to hold for more than one year — in fact, you generally intend to hold them for several years. So in crypto world i am holding my positions till 2022 or getting at least 10x profit from the ICO price of that crypto coin.

investment must see future prospects if it is going to be big and successful why not just choose the long term, I think in the current condition everyone must remain loyal and not throw away the assets they have by selling at a low price
If the market prices are doing well then the short-term investment is better at least you can earn profit daily even if it's not a lot. But if aiming for a better reward or huge profit then the long-term investment is the best option. So for me, it all depends on the market condition whether I'll go for a short or long-term investment.

At me here all depends on news about bitcoin and from the schedule. Most often I go to shorts, because whatever the trend is now the trend of the bears, and not the bulls clearly. But I also go to long.
I take a shoulder from 10-25, more often all x10 and try so far to recoup at low percentages (10-25%). Sometimes there were 40-60%

The both of them are good but for me, I prefer long term investment than short term in my opinion as you realize bigger profits in long term investment than short term and also, short term come with High risk as a short term trader can eventually become holder if his trades didnt go in his favour

I always look at the mood, but in the long term long-term investment! In short I take when really see the momentum when the coin is in the game! I'm learning to control myself, not to panic! Naturally profitable short-term,profit immediately feel. Well, the coin you look at technology,generally try to take with upcoming releases, where the product is ready, see in the future krpnoe business!

I would say after a market crash like the crypto market now, you should buy to keep long.
When market cap reaches/surpasses ATH then start to trade it in a shorter time frame. My two satoshis.

When it falls you should be buying and when it reaches high you need to sell it. This is the thumb rule but people do other way round and so we will find so many thread of people saying that they have lost so much money etc
