I don't think they should be allowed to sell them... problem is you have no way of stopping it, unless you see a thread... even then its still hard to enforce.
Due to the fact there are many members that fish out sketchy behavior, I think it would be fine. The benefit is greater than the risk.

Probably It's not a good thing to do , but the only logical explanation for account buying could be signature campaigns because It takes very long to get Sr. status for yourself while you can buy and start at your preferred campaign. Also knowing that people buy accounts we need to use trusted mediates on this forum.

You can't do anything but wait out your ban. Trust me, messages threads or posts complaining about it will be futile.
OK, but not told how much time to wait. It's terrifying to wait it's not known what.
Does it not tell you how long you were banned for? Contact Badbear and ask nicely but don't spam him if he doesn't reply. Usually the bans are a week or two but they could be more.
If there is no time like 2 weeks or 1 month then it is perm ban.

It should but there would be no way to ever control it so why single out people when it happens all the time? I personally would ban it but it would be pointless.

Depends how much you value your time. You'd have to deal with the newbie posting limits as well. Buying them would be easier and save you several months as long as you're willing to front the cash.

You need to post in 9 two week periods, so if you created a new account today you'd be a Full Member on 16th of Sept providing you made enough posts obviously.

About 4 months.
So there's only about one months difference between buying an account and selling your sig (before breaking even) and levelling one.
I suppose it's easier though...

In my opinion trading accounts on btctalk must be forbidden. There is no more newbie prison so there is no reason to trade your account. It is for sure a head start for the scammers. If some one is offering his account or buying accounts a moderator must ban him forever.

It isn't only for scammers, you need high lvl account for signature posting too.

Ban them so they can just go buy another account? Probably 99% of accounts bought are done so for signature deals. You don't need to buy an account to scam.
