For me, its a yes too. Though this is not a solicited advise but ETH had fallen too much already and its a matter of time that it will recover. We are nearing for a bull run until the end of the year and I am very optimistic about. I hope so.

To be honest, I am disappointed with ETH. I am expecting that it will increase its price since btc increases as well. But its the exact opposite, ETH keeps on going down and it feels like I bought ETH at the wrong time. I should have bought it now since its the lowest ETH price I ever seen. Anyway, if everything goes well, I should be able to sell it by December this year or the month after that.
