A very nice idea. I think it would be good to help children with cancer or orphans.

First of all, the government should make the treatment of cancer free of cost (at least for the children). But in my country it is not so, and I have seen poor people getting financially ruined as a result of medical expenses resulting from the cancer treatment. So it will be a great help if you could help the cancer patients.

You can do give a portion of your profit to bitcoin, give as much as you desire and decide how much you want to share and also always remember that we can give without loving but we cannot love without giving, just a reminder though that giving is also part of our thanksgiving so if you think of what charitable institution you want to share your blessings..think about those who are close to your heart, those you think will benefit more and are really less fortunate...specially those who are elderly and people who are disabled...

Guys, a lot of us make money on trading and sometimes there's an excess that you don't need. Do you think it's a good idea to donate part of the profits to charity? Whom would you suggest helping first?
That's a good idea to make. But, make sure first that you have enough money for your family and a money you need to put it on investment. If you have extra income, profit or money, you can donate it to charity without any doubt because you can help childrens in the terms of this.

Donate to charity only if you want to. Remember, don’t do stuff that you do not really like as it will soon become a burden to you.

i would only donate to charity projects that you can trust or you already visited.........a lot of charity projects take a lot of money for the cost of the organization (management)......and often only a small part of your donation arrives in real charity...so be careful with choosing your charity donations....

Giving is very important in life because someone have to give before someone can receive.

My charitable habits are modest. I give a small amount to two organisations each month, and almost never make one-off donations. I have never been the type to raise money via feats of physical prowess. I once abseiled down a castle wall as part of a school charity event, but since I’d neglected to find any sponsors at all, no one was any better off for my vertigo.
One reason, I think, is that I feel a bit uncomfortable giving money away. That’s convenient, I hear you say. But it’s true: I suspect my motives. I reckon that I’m only really doing it to feel good about myself, and that makes me uneasy. But if the price of my purity is that good causes miss out, maybe I should just get over it?

That is a good thing. You should give the charity gifts that you have at hand. When you do business and make a lot of money then we should do charity. Let's help the poor, the orphans so they can be happy.

Don't start charity with the transfer of big money: start with some easy amount and at the same time see how the organization reports on the distribution of funds. In the future it will be possible to set up an automatic withdrawal of the amount from your account in favor of the charity fund so that he can better plan his work.

With all the blessings we have received. Sometimes it is more than what we wished for, so it is the time also to give back to those who are in need. Giving is a great way to set an example to children, to the community, and to other people.

Providing help through charity is one of the best thing to do, but it much better is teaching them to earn. I love that quote that says, give a man a fish and you will feed him for a day but teach him how to fish and you will feed him for a lifetime. Smiley

Yes it is a good idea. Giving is so much better than receiving. Personally, I'd help victims of cancer first. I'll help them not fully but just a piece for their medication and all. Charity is one my goal when I'm stable and earning enough money for me and my family. Sharing your blessings is always a good habit.

Having an excess money and donate it to charity is a good deed. Life must be balance, money must be distributed and shouldnt be hoarded. If you have extra, then you can donate it to charity. Those people in the charity institutions need our assistance especially those who are orphans, cancer patients and elderly. I would suggest to donate your money to orphanage who took care of young children. These children have still a future if we keep on helping them.

Yes, the more you give the more you receive. If there's an excess money for all your crypto trading then its the best time to share or donate it to charity groups. There are a lot of needy individuals that need financial support if they'll be showered with your  blessing then its a good idea and help for them. Better start now and keep going.

According to the website charitynavigator.org, Americans donated over $298 billion to charity in 2011. Philanthropy.com notes that the average amount given per household was 4.7 percent of discretionary income. Are you part of the giving trend? Here are a few reasons to consider making a donation to a worthy cause.

You’ll feel rich
Giving to others increases your capacity for love. It makes you realize that even if you don’t have much, you have enough to share with others. In fact, analysis of giving data shows that poor people donate a larger percentage of their income to charity than rich. Donating used clothes to a shelter, new shoes to foster kids, or money to a worthy organization will make you feel rich.

Be part of something bigger
Donating a little bit of money or time may not seem like much. But if your donation is joined with others, it becomes something much bigger. My family decided to donate some money to water.org. As I showed my children videos of children in Haiti fetching water out of a dirty river, their world view was enlarged. At the charity’s website, you can choose to donate to a specific well in a specific village, and progress towards the goal is shown. Many other charities have similar opportunities so you can see how your small donation really does make a big difference.
