Yes of course you can invest now in Altcoins ether from the market or from ico's. The price of all Altcoins are down very much now. I'm also invest two. Cos, opportunity comes but once. Invest now before its too late.
You should invest in altcoins prices are down so you are getting them for a good low price. Buying altcoins that you want now is a good idea. Just make sure that the altcoins that you are putting your money into are good and do adequate research before deciding on any altcoin to buy.

All the ones that you believe will be the best long term platform coins/tokens. Some privacy tokens are not bad also. The "big ones" are kind of an obvious thing to own during a dip. I also believe in exchange tokens as well. The very reason why you should invest in altcoins is the fact that the market is currently low and good coins are available in the market at a cheap price, If you have the keen investor eye then you can take advantage of this and get quality altcoins, You must however make sure you only invest in quality coins with chances of regaining value in the BULL run,this is the only way you are going to make profits off them

From the beginning of the year, the majority of the market start to fall continuous. The market value of the cryptos are having a hard time to recover. Some are now doubting on investing or not. But surely, it will be a good idea to invest given the fact that the market is expected to increase on the last quarter of this year, so there's still months remaining for recovery to take place and earn huge profit. Just be patient and wait.You are right. The market is very low now and I don't think that will go much lower than that. I am expecting better run is the second half of the year and investment now will show profit, by the end of the year.
Today is the best to invest in some altcoins that is still undervalued because the ETHEREUM or BITCOIN is dump now, most of the altcoins nowadays are still dumped, most of them are on dips, that's why it is a good buy opportunity to everyone, good buyzone for altcoins now.
for my own I chose to invest in Ethereum I am currently a long-term investment in Ethereum because Altcoin prices are now decreasing, this is the right time to buy.
