I think you are not aware about u how the big market traders who have made money what they do . When everybody fear buy more at that time and when it has reached a price and you think your goal is a achieved sell it immediately . When everybody expects the price to move forward sell and buy when everybody is selling .

I think present rate is good for buying consideration a huge potential in near future .

i think it is also depending on your investment, if you want to invest money for long term then you should not waste time and should invest money in bitcoin right now. because for long term investment there is no such specific time to invest, as there is always chances that the price of bitcoin will continue increasing for a long long time and hope that it will continue giving us good profit.

If OP is just new here then he learn first the basics before investing any alt coins or bitcoin. Mostly alt coins has their own potentials depending on what day it's just depends on what months or year they will get to the top (this is what we call hold/hodler) and also for the bitcoin you should buy when the price is red/low then sell it when the price is green/high.
