Don't be stupid, you are not a not alone who are experiencing that situation, they keep their self busy to look for another income while holding up their coins that drops it value, it's okay to loss money but not life because we only have one. Waiting is also a challenge for everyone.

Its just $25000 and have patience. Fortunately you have invested in something which may go up pretty soon. Thank God that you didn't invest it in some shitcoin. Yes ETH is very good coin and it is just down by 30% approx . their are people whose portfolio is down by 50% but they are playing smart by investing at lower rates so that the average gets lower and when the price rises back the profit could be easily made.
People need to settle down. First of all don't invest what you are not willing to lose. Also with crypto you need to play the long game. The market will come back in time and then will go down some again then come back again. This is just what it does. I say just dont look at your investment for the next few months and let it do its thing.

Remember the rule of the market, "Market doesn't go anywhere, only your money". Eth and other cryptos are under pressure and its a test for holders of cryptocurrency. Those who will sell under pressure will be losers, as buyers are looking to grab coins at current cheap rates.
Life is too precious, don't spoil it for just 25000$, you can get 25000 $ again but not your life. So relax and enjoy the life.
