I believe that most people have the same feelings as you. I personally also play the role of bounty hunter and trader. I will trade the rewards I get from the bounty to other coins for trading, most of which suffer losses, but I have not given up on this market because it still makes money, at least the cryptocurrency market has the highest rate of return!
I think it depends on your choice, if you need a lot of money then you should still stay in the exchange but if you are not in need of money then you can leave the market.

It would be a good idea if you could specify what all coins you are holding and at what rate you have purchased those coins, if you can give those details i could give you some insights rather than giving a vague answer. The only thing i can tell you right now is that the current market bear trend is temporary and the market will recover in a few months time, i would not suggest you to sell any coins when the market is going down rather get the coins at this stage and level your position for the long haul, if you are holding the top coins i suggest you to hold the coins for a couple of years if you are really looking to make profit.
There are thousands of people with the same position, so you're not alone. If your losses are too much, I don't recommend selling, it makes sense that you continue to make a mandatory hodl. And stop following cryptos for a while. When the market gets better, you can go ahead.

if you still have any coins in your wallet the only thing which you can do is holding as long as you will get profit, because selling for lower price than when you buy has no sense.
But if you wallet is empty you can buy some coins and hold because these low prices will give you huge profit in near future
