Staying away from the market doesn't let you get out of the risk, as the growth happens with the market it'll profit you and same is with the drop in growth. With this it is good to stay active and learn the possible ways to overcome the difficulties that were available in the market which can be overcome on our effort.
Wait for a month candle to be green at least.
If you do not want to invest for fear of losing money in this market, then join the Airdrop and Bounty programs quality. You promote the image for those ICOs to receive the corresponding value without having to give up capital.
Doing that does not protect you from losing in the market, do you know why? Because now instead of investing money you are investing your time and we could argue that investing your time is an even greater investment, there are many complains of people that dedicated weeks or even months to a bounty campaign just to not get paid at the end of the campaign.

How long you've been in cryptocurrency trading or investment? I suggest you educate yourself first on cryptocurrency and study the crypto market broadly so you can be able to understand fully on how the cryptocurrency works and behave on various factors affecting it. Earning profits especially on long term investment need patience and is also the same when you trade.

Maybe you always view the updates everyday. What I can suggest is to set a relaxing vacation or just taking a quick break for crypto and came back again when the market recovers.
Patience is the key to earn more profits. but if you dont have patience then sell it and let your investment lose. Actually its always happened every year that the market is going down that is why market is volatile. So you should understand that in trading there is a risk. you should wait for the end of the year because it will pump again for sure atleast you can recover your losses. If you are not emotionally ready for crypto crush, you should not be investing on it, stay away from it because you will lose money due to your impatience. Remember that, market crashes are normal and it's part of the cycle, the reason why crypto is profitable is because of it's market volatility. Just buy the dip, hold and be patient.
It would be wise to pause a while and look at the market from a new, different perspective. The market will fall, that is its nature. But as it falls it will also rise again and such cycle is repetitive. You have to learn and understand this market and not be much impulsive in making decisions because of panic when market is down. And lastly, invest in long term when day trading is stressing you too much.

If you really can't hold it anymore then go do some cutloss and that thing you should take it as a lesson learn so for your next trade you will know what to do. Always had a plan before trading anything here. Goodluck.

As on what i notice , the price of cryptos are all recovering , so selling some of your coins might not be a bad idea at all . you can sell to cut loss or sell if you badly need the funds for something more important than cryptos.
@op you shouldnt stay away from this volatile market because as everyone said , the price of all cryptos can still be able to recover if only given an adequate time . so chill up , and do other things for a while.

When you can no longer invest money why not look for some quality AiroDrops. I recently started mining PRiVCY and have participated in their Airdrops and I have earned about 250 bucks (all mostly from the AD). They have a great active community. Great intro price at .09. Currently the market is being very unpredictable, very slowly it is growing again everything depends on which cryptocurrency have I suggest you keep it at least several months and do not pay much attention to what may happen.

However, for me cryptocurrency is a potential market, we should not panic when the market falls, because this is just the market fluctuations. When investing in Crypto, I choose long term investment.
