No one can actually tell you what to do but you decide it for yourself. If you feel like staying away because you cant take it anymore then maybe I guess trading is not for you. What if the market drops down to half of what its price is now, would you still stay or withdraw everything?

Why would you? the market is green and its time to buy more while its not yet the great bull run. Buy now while its cheap because next month its gonna be big bull run.

If you are not emotionally ready for crypto crush, you should not be investing on it, stay away from it because you will lose money due to your impatience. Remember that, market crashes are normal and it's part of the cycle, the reason why crypto is profitable is because of it's market volatility. Just buy the dip, hold and be patient.

Crypto market is very volatile and riskier we all know. Just think what mistakes you have done apart from the market deep. There can be only 2 things as follows which u haven't cleared in your post.
1) You are loosing your investment because of market deep (than just hold on don't exit and contribute in winning of whales)
2) you are loosing your investment because of overtrading, not working on market tactics, not working on analysis charts etc

Yes, you should expect more fall in crypto because it is volatile and very unpredictable but this doesn't mean you should give up on the market because it is very good to take some positive risk sometime and that is why as long as you have very good investment, be patient because you will still make profit from it as the market will always recover from every fall and then the price of coin also rise.
