if you still have any coins in your wallet the only thing which you can do is holding as long as you will get profit, because selling for lower price than when you buy has no sense.
But if you wallet is empty you can buy some coins and hold because these low prices will give you huge profit in near future

I understand that you are in a big loss but remember one thing if you sell your coin in a cheap rate then there will no option to recover your loss I think. According to me, you should wait for more Because of crypto experts are saying at the end of this year market will recover So if you can please wait although it's so tough for you.

i can understand your feelings, on some alts i have lost almost the 90% of their value, thats crazy..i started buying coins during the last summer and i bought the last in january, the huge gains that i had during the first months just covered the losses of these monts, and now i can say that i'm just in pair, i think that in the next months i will exit this market but i will leave there the coins that lost too much, i hope they will recover
