I'd buy when it's low and hold for a few years and hope the price goes exponentially high.

I do exactly the same as you, I think its the best tactic there is.
If you sell them now, you will blame yourself at the end.

I think its the best choice to invest now for later.

Well investing now is pretty sweet if you want, the halving is also coming.
It has a low price, but its of course always risky to invest

buy low and sell high  Grin  not vice versa

Yep, I think that's the best tactic there is available, most people do it like that but some people buy high. I think that is very stupid because you can not get your full profit of the bitcoin.

Seems like a good time to buy. It is stuck around the same price for a while now, and probably will go higher, not lower.

No we should not sell them at all it would be stupid to do.
The bitcoin will rise soon and the halving is also coming soon.

Yes, as redsnow pointed out, you have to sell HIGH.  I understand the need to limit losses, but I think people in bitcoin should be thinking long-term and just dropping under an arbitrary value like $400 (which we have since the original post) is silliness.  Hold 'til it hurts.
I never prefer to sell off my bitcoin even I see more profits with my bitcoins by considering the buying prices.
When you are aiming for higher price of bitcoins, then you will never mind some small profits in short-term. I would say we never sell our bitcoins, but we must try to use them for buying.

Yeah its good time to buy a few and keep it for a little longer,  it seems like price don't move too much so short term won't really profit.
this thread has been made over than 1 month ago when the price still $400 above and OP asking should he sell bitcoin in range $400 and different case with this month because the price was never hit $400 again and the price movement also very slow for everyday

Yeah, that's what I noticed too at OP, it was at the week where the price of bitcoin is above $400, that's why OP's asking if the price fall below $400, should he sell his bitcoin..

Wel honestly I think the time to sell is long gone. Either hold and profit for a new uprising.
Or hold and buy more bitcoins when the price go higher. Right now it can go either way, up or down.

Well, anything can happen to the price. The price that looks solid and strong today, can get dumped down significantly tomorrow. That's why I never take a stable period for granted. I am always prepared for a dump to happen.

If price fall down below 400 usd would it be good to sell it ?

don't sell it
just hold and waiting the price reach $500 again ....
then you can sell your bitcoin and buyback at price under $400

you are quoting and reacting on something that was posted back in december 2015. that dude has probably sold his coins already.

Like some smart guy said here before ( there is even a thread) dont sell your bitcoins, better to spent it, buy something for that coins and make bitcoin grow. Now I understand what is need for money ( when u cant pay everything with coins eh) and when u are in situation like that u need to sell it also.
In any other case its better to hold it, price will rise. Wait until halving, after that we will know much more about future.

This time is not good for selling but the other way around .I wish it can go more lower so I can buy more.

I agree 100 percent with you.
What the price is in fact now very low and I think if you wait it's going to be worth more later. You never know what can happen.

No, you definitely should not go now to do this time around.
The value is very low and it would be a shame if you sell it now.
If you just wait and you may get back much more money for it, so be patient

For the time being, the price is quite low. So we should buy some now. It is better not to sell at below $350 price.

Yes that's the main tactic but the bitcoin is of course unpredictable.
I would go for the same tactic plus in these days the price is low.
So I would buy bitcoins instead of selling them.

I think it is not wise if you do that now. Because it may be that it is completely wrong.
The price is in fact now very low and it would be a shame to sell it. I think if you wait you can get more money for it.
