What do you consider a low price that people have bought at, and sell at these prices? Right now is either a good moment to hold or simply to increase your coin count before it's too late.

I would not do that now. The price is in fact now very low and it would be a shame if you sell it now.

Holding would be the best thing to do right now, unless you need money at this moment.

If not, if you have the funds to buy, you should go for that.

The price is low now and that's bad but i have hope.
At least till the halving is happening, I will not sell even 1 bitcoin.
