Do not force or insist in studying. Let them learn if they are interested. But this is too early for children learn being a business man or an employee.
I disagree it is never too early, most people will spend most of their life chasing money, after all most of the time spent in school is just a way to prepare yourself to earn money and if you do not teach them from an early age about money and all the things related to it to form good habits when they are little, it may be too late if you decide to give them that advice when they are adults.

I think teaching them both the skills can be grateful in the long run. We dont know the future of the kids. They are very confused until the age of graduation and thus they cant really decide what they have to do it really. So we should keep teaching them both the skills and when the time will come then they will choose the right thing for themselves. This way it becomes easier for them and they will never ever complaint about our child care.

We all have that thought why do Chinese people actually make it in the business world. The reason apparently is that at an early age, their parents are conditioning the minds of their children to do business in the hopes that they will actually be heirs to their family business.

Teaching children about the real life skills like this is not a right time for a reason that at a young age they should be enjoying this life but if I saw some potential on them I go for teaching children a business mentality rather than teaching them to be a successful employees because by doing so you also teach them on how to wisely gain money freely. You also educate them to be independent and aquiring a strong decision skills and be strategic.

I think there is the right time for them to learn about business. Having a young mind needs a long term development and we should still give them freedom to choose what they love doing. I guess it is just right to guide them but forcing them to become someone that we just want them to be isn't right. Let them enjoy their lives as kids first.

Being a business is the best way to educate a child to become a employee. Businessman is always synonymous with freedom, everyone does not manage to get what is lightened. Unlike the employee can only focus on the work that he did, he can not to try to think about other things, of course this will be a loss that we never realized.

It depends to my children if I saw them any potential to have a businessman mentality then in early stage I will help them to developed their ability, I saw lots of people being wealthy because of business compared to be an employee. When I was in my elementary my mom bought me a pack of candies so I can sell it to my classmates from that simple strategy I learned how to save money and now I am doing it also to my eldest son.

Doing this from the start seems to be brainwashing and trust me it could have life long effects on them.
Also I think Chinese people are successful because they are hardworking.
China and Japan are the two countries I admire for their hard work ( even though China is also in a war with our country )
Let the kids enjoy what it really means to be a kid .
The way we groom our children greatly affect their personality and that we need to groom them in a way which can then help them in becoming a better and successful person. If you need to have your children some better way of earning, then you must transfer all your knowledge and experience into him so that he can also take advantage of what all you have learnt in your life. Yes we should teach our children how to save money at the early age and maybe if they know cryptocurrency or bitcoins then they will just keep on saving their coins because they knew that the price of bitcoins will grow even more in the future.

When children grow up they will feel pressure already. We can face different and undesirable results if we teach them early on. No one should have such an expectation in children. When the time comes, necessary training should be given.

And morality, good ethics should always be put over money.
It is very important to teach your children from a very early age the value of money and how the economy really works, like most people here I needed to find that information by myself and it would have been easier if someone guide me through the process but as you get older you realize that the reason no one teaches you that is because no one knows it, they see the current economic system and they just accept it and do not ask any questions. Though we should not shove it to their mouths, let them understand its importance but not force them; let them have their freedom to choose their careers.

I am more of a driver, requires business lessons in children. because as successful as any worker, he will still be tied to time and rules. while a businessperson, although sometimes the result is smaller, but at least he is able to manage his own time, and give his own rules.

I teach them to be a better person and everything will follow. Being a businessman or employee will be depends on them as I don't want to force something they don't want at the first place. Let them explore things on their own and experience the things they should. For me it's hard to force something as they won't grow naturally.

For me business mentality is the best to teach with children because when they are young, they have an idea on business. But we have also to teach of being an employee. For them to choose when they get old.
