Farewell o_e_l_e_o
I think casinos should add it and make it compulsory for users to activate the 2FA, or if they don't or can't, add an email confirmation for withdrawals just to ensure it's not easily hack.
2FA is not mandatory even on centralized exchanges and don't request mandatory 2FA on gambling sites. It's an option for users and platforms can simply have a warning to their users, that 2FA will help to secure their accounts and funds better. Activate 2FA or not, it's choice of each user.

I know 2FA is to protect our account, but sometimes it affects our progress.

when I logged in, the SMS 2FA wasn't working because my country is blocking
It is because you chose a bad method for 2FA. SMS code is not a good 2FA method because you rely on the communication company to deliver SMS code to you. 2FA, strictly, means you control it on your device and don't have to rely on any company. It can work when you are offline too.

It is a thread for Shuffle, so your post is too much about FJ - kind of off topic, don't do it next time please.

I know 2FA is to protect our account, but sometimes it affects our progress. Like what happened to my account on FortuneJack still hasn't been resolved. My account on FortuneJack has 2FA enabled (I'm not sure if it was mandatory) and when I logged in, the SMS 2FA wasn't working because my country is blocking it as per FortuneJack's chat support. I've already submitted a ticket about it, but I don't know why my ticket disappeared for no reason. Fortunately, I don't have any balance in FortuneJack but I do have free spins to claim. I have nothing against with Fortunejack, I just want to share what I have experienced.

But I agree that 2FA is now the basic security standard which casino should offer to add extra protection on user account in addition to the mandatory email code every login.

Hopefully they read about this discussion and they will consider to add 2FA as soon as possible because gamblers will feel more secure about their account if there is a 2FA.
I will admit that I am not much of a fan of those kind of solutions and I am old school when securing my accounts, since I simply create a difficult password for each website I have an account in, never store it online, type it every time, avoid password managers and keep my computer secure, however if a person feels they are safer with 2FA then it could be worth for Shuffle to try to enable this feature as soon as possible, so the gamblers that are used to have this feature make use of it immediately.

Actually its really good if 2fa has been added but also its fine if you are not fan of this feature since I understand that sometimes its hassle to go over on other app just to input your security keys/number before you can sign in. And I also don't usually activate this 2fa feature on my account especially if the casino is just my alternative on or I don't put any huge balance on those platform. Usually I only set up my 2fa on exchange account but on casino well don't have any concern about since I'm not afraid and also aware about what are the methods used by hackers to steal our accounts and I'm so careful with those cases.

But for the whole its better if they add this since this is additional protection for people regarding on those hacking incidents.

I don't find it a hassle on my part, I agree with @Wapfika now that it's just a basic standard. Whether it's your main or alternative casino, it's still important to secure your funds. You may not win big now but what if you'll win in the future? You know, it's hard to predict the future of a gambler and our finances too, if we improve our finances, that would also mean it will improve our gambling activity, so security is really a must.

I think casinos should add it and make it compulsory for users to activate the 2FA, or if they don't or can't, add an email confirmation for withdrawals just to ensure it's not easily hack.

Reading on your previous post here makes me think that you didn’t understand carefully what the support said on his statement when he mention about the KYC. Your case is already concluded while providing KYC might give you a chnce re-open the case but that doesn’t mean it solved your care.

The user that you quote doesn’t comprehend well too the support message that probably encourages you to KYC and give false hope that you will recover your funds immediately. You should provide a thorough explanation why the 2 account is not connected. Maybe ask proof how you are connected then provide a valid argument.

I asked them and they just said the investigation is concluded and they can't give anything further.
So basically, all they have is that I tipped my friend $100 and they now believe the accounts are owned by the same person.
Even though we've both sent in KYC and we live in different countries, clown casino

If you use the casino perspective when looking on your case, it’s very hard to determine if you are telling the truth or not since you play games only which means there’s no physical proof that will help you to prove that you and the other account is different.

We all know that you can ask different person to the KYC on the other account which is why a case like this will not simply solved by KYC. Casino is probably holding an evidence related to your IP similarity, betting pattern, withdrawal/deposit and other factors that show similarities on your account.

Do they refund you the initial deposit? Sadly you can get more detailed explanation from the casino through Askgambler or Casino guru because they usually send evidence there once your issue escalated properly.
They paid out my friend, I lost like $4k on my account on their sportsbook/casino.
I guess this is the downside with crypto casinos they can just refuse to pay you at any point and nothing you can really do.

In Search of Incredible
Although I'm eligible for the weekly bonus based on my current VIP rank, but I wasn't eligible for the last weekly bonus as my weekly wager amount was less than a dollar. Still, I had received an email about the weekly bonus two days ago from Shuffle team. The support team has addressed it as a confusion. They have made a fun with me with monthly bonus email a few days ago. Now they did it with weekly bonus email. Are they doing this with me only?

One thing I wondered about Shuffle is, why don't they support 2fa?
I mean sure, when you log in they send you some 2fa code to your email but if someone's shuffle password is compromised and the "hacker" also has the password for the email account this security is basically useless.

It's much safer to use real 2fa via google, authy or what not.

Is there any long term plan to implement real 2fa? This would really improve the security for players in my opinion.

I just notice this too right now when I check my Shuffle account but they have feature to link google account or line account to easily access your casino without doing the need to login. You can setup 2FA on those 2 account available to link on your shuffle account.

I also notice this but it seems this is not a concern by other people since they continue to gamble without worrying about this.

But since you raised this topic then maybe its really better if Shuffle add this 2fa feature since somehow this is add another security features on some peoples account especially if they are whales since this can make hard to access by some people trying to penetrate of someone's accounts. But let see if they take consideration on your suggestion since its really nice to add that since we see this been implemented on some platform and they are really fine with this.

If you take it from a perspective of the health of the token's market and its price, it's probably better to have a slow release of SHFL than a one time bulk sent to users. There's more than a good possibility that someone else has more tokens than you that they could dump and dilute the market with SHFL in a short period of time, crashing the price down, which could cause panic. Probably consider the slow release a favor, no?

I will consider this perspective if I’m a solid investor of SHFL tokens but I’m just holding a small size token that I get as reward on wagering. Those who have a huge chunk of airdrop still get a huge reward even on this slow release compare to shrimp holder that only get a penny per day for the airdrop.

Considering my holding size, I’m not in a position o consider the token health in general perspective because I’m not holding a huge amount of tokens. I will do what you are suggesting if I invest heavily on SHFL which is not.  Grin

The circulation of $SHFL is still 8% newly burned tokens are not yet 1% and the tokens that are locked are still 90%, meaning that there are still prospects for $SHFL in the future.
There are many things to create value of a token. Buy back and burn is not most important factor but it has effects. It creates FOMO and makes the crowd believe in dedication of the team on the token.

Bitcoin does not need buy back and burn but the team did one good thing by having this program. Other factors, you can trust in the good casino team and their efforts to build up bright future for this token.

Quote
Currently only holding $SHFL tokens in the first airdrop while to make bets often deposit altcoins that are cheap in terms of deposits and withdrawals so I only use $SHFL in a HODL way, maybe with the second airdrop it will increase again depending on wagered.
It is good choice if you want to go long term with Shuffle team and the token. You receive it from airdrop so nothing to lose and if lucky enough, you might gain a fortune.

SHFL is a new token, so it will take time for the community to become larger and more stable. It doesn't matter if you don't believe in SHFL, but the shuflle community is growing every day and more and more people are finding out about SHFL. The more tokens burned the better, this is the advantage that SHFL has. we have seen casino tokens end up in ashes, I think the shuffle team knows that and I'm sure they can manage their tokens so that they are accepted in the community in general and within the shuffle community

If you have any analysis on SHFL in the future, I'd love to hear it
Are you responding to me or the Wind_fury? Because i don't think that neither of us even hinted that we wouldn't believe in it.

What comes to analysis, i have pretty much said everything i need of that, and i don't worry about the future at all. Although i am wondering if anyone who is worried about the price or listing have fully understood the tokenomics. I rarely see tokenomics that make as much sense. So kudos to Shuffle

HODL - BTC
This is one of the reasons why, instead of playing at other casinos, I stick to playing at shuffle.com. I feel like I'm getting more rewarded in the future by playing at shuffle.com. I say this not just because I'm part of their signature campaign here in bitcointalk but because it's what I anticipate happening. Also, I'm buying more $SHFL tokens when I have extra money since they're below 50 cents. I'm eagerly awaiting Airdrop 2 and hoping to receive some details about it soon.

Now I'm betting more at several casinos to try new experiences on how withdrawals are instant or not, but if compared then withdrawals are better at Shuffle than other casinos, but this is personal experience.

That's not entirely true. What the market needs is time to build real demand long enough to achieve sustainability. The team also needs time to build the casino, to make sure it's secure, and to offer the best casino experience possible. If the tokens were given in bulk for everyone to mere sell, then there is no time given to build both real real demand and real market sustainability.

Plus you said "price support". Are you suggesting that the team manipulate the price of SHFL? Ser, that would not be sustainable.

Setting up a price support is never considered as manipulation because the team is just providing liquidity to lessen the volatility of the token. Having a thick liquidity on exchange makes it lesser volatility whenever someone will sell their token. It’s actually a good move if they setup the buy back as price support instead of buying immediately on the market to show some strength on the orderbook.

Manipulation on trading is when the team announce a big news while they purchase earlier then dump their token when everyone is already buying. It’s controlling the price action in their favor while providing price support is just the way to strengthen the token valuation in the long run.

I believe not. That would actually have the potential to kill the market, and would probably make speculators disinterested in the token because they know that there are tokens that are not vested which could be sold by bulk anytime. But if it's distributed in small amounts per interval, it will allow demand to form faster and let the token reach its bottom faster and in a not so sudden situation. For those who want to sell, you can sell slow like it's DCA, but for selling. The buyers will be happy, and the sellers will not panic.
Can you explain how do you see that potentially killing the market. Shuffle is literally buying and burning them from the market, so lower the price is, more they are going to burn, and no matter how the big the wall in the bottom would be, eventually there's just nothing left to sell with those prices. I however understand the slow release, from the point that makes market seem more stable and with enough incredibly cheap tokens, there would be a danger to see more unhealthy pumps and volatility in general value.
