I’m having trouble on my balance not reflecting properly because the bet deducted on my balance once the game start but it didn’t add up again when I won the bet. All good now. I definitely have strong internet connection that time because I’m playing on other slot game that time on turbo spin without any problem. I did hard refresh on my browser and everything went well.
Support suggested me to do that and everything went well. Btw I want to suggest that betting on house black jack should add a chips form and not manually input exact value of bets to easily adjust bet by just choosing chips value and to give real casino vibes of betting.

One of the great things about this forum is that you could be a newbie and accuse a service with a long history of providing a good service to many other clients, however if the newbie has evidence on their side they are right, the community is going to back them up on their accusations, so if that person feels they have been wronged then they can bring their evidence forward and let the community decide if they are right, but if this does not happen then we can easily dismiss those accusations as coming from someone that is salty they lost money they could not afford, and now they are trying to blame the casino for their own mistakes.
Those "newbies" could also be sock-puppets, alt-accounts or mere trolls who just want to find a way to release all of the frustration after losing money. It's understandable especially if the person gets very emotional. But after the "release", he/she should also understand that's it's not the casino's fault, it's his/her fault.
