An Apple laptop or iPhone, something bigger just like you said
While everyone would like to have a shuffle laptop or phone as a giveaway. From the pov of Shuffle casino, shirts and baseball caps, cost less and would mean literal physical visibility for the casino. Any other bigger prizes would make sense to send as cryptocurrency equivalent value, because that's something crypto is perfect for. Sending physical laptops doesn't seem practical to me.I understand the value of giving brand cars, phones and laptops, and i while don't have a clue about their budget, i don't see it as a smart move to do grand gerstures like that. Not yet anyway.

For me, Physical reward is just a hassle since we are betting online to have convenience on bets. I still preferred cash prize or free spin as rewards compared to physical items that I can purchase by myself online through e-commerce.
The limited edition apparels of Shuffle is an exemption since this is one of kind and only available from this casino. But the rest of the item that can be purchased online is better to be converted with cash prize to avoid paying for taxes and shipping fee.
The most surprising thing is that the shipping fee was more than the price of the merchandises. Although I did not pay it but it affects the tax that I had to pay. Of course it is all about preferences, maybe other countries are not charging too much for the tax but in my country can be said as an expensive one (at least for me). 
. What I opine imo is if it's achievable, these merchandise can be converted to cash equivalent of the merchandise price it will encourage more users in participating particular those that tax fee for receiving their prize is their element of discouragement to participate in contest like this.
