This is about the first time I'm seeing a raffle that defys the norms of raffles. Raffles ideally creates an even ground for all players to contest for the prize. When segregations gets introduced into the raffle system, then, there is a challenge with trust within the system. I agree that review campaign can bring a lot of good ideas on casino flaws or suggestion to improve the platform.

The task given to review manager will be assess quality of reviews and pay good reviews than bad, low quality reviews. Are you guys and gals participating? I guess this kind of raffle is something for me as i don't have enough money to win any weekly as there's no point for me to compete with volume.

I sometimes do that too, but it's not really comparable to real feeling of winning something. But it has this gaming sensation. Like in any pc/playstation game, when you win your brains light up with dopamine reward. It's not as high reward as with real money, as that feeling is just surreal.
