I have never played this game so I do not really know how the multiplication works but I'm a bit confused when you say about x1000 while if I look at your winning amount compared to the bet amount, it is not even close to x500.
Looking at your screenshots, your bet 0.2 won $40 and your bet 0.4 won $80, mathematically it is x200 only.
I guess your misinterpret the "1000" on the reels, maybe it refers to coins not refers to multiplier.
Because your bet is shown in coins (5) and you win 1000 which is also coins (not multiplier), so it is exactly x200 instead of x1000.

Yes, that's right, I didn't realize it. This is 1000 coins from the 5 coins that I bet, so actually this is just a multiplier of 200. I also don't really understand this slot because it's my first time playing it.

First i thought that since my laptop is from 2017, it's not fast in these days standard and maybe it can't handle the code. The last time I played plinko on a shuffle site was about a month ago and I thought it was fine. I use my cell phone to play. I've never played plinko other than shuffle so I can't compare.
The most surprising thing is that the shipping fee was more than the price of the merchandises. Although I did not pay it but it affects the tax that I had to pay. Of course it is all about preferences, maybe other countries are not charging too much for the tax but in my country can be said as an expensive one (at least for me). 
. What I opine imo is if it's achievable, these merchandise can be converted to cash equivalent of the merchandise price it will encourage more users in participating particular those that tax fee for receiving their prize is their element of discouragement to participate in contest like this.
