It will be a major upgrade if they can get Batum. He's just 27 yrs old and still has a lot of gas in his tank to defend the superstars of the opponents.

He was the coach when Drose was out and they still compete well in the playoffs with a decent standing but last year even after acquiring Pau Gasol it seems they regressed and eventually ended up out of the playoff picture in the weaker conference, such a disapointment.

I agree but I think the project was over so they needed to start fresh. Now Rose is out and there've been rumors that they were shopping Butler to the Wolves and Celtics. Speaking of the Wolves and Thibs, I think that's a very young, athletic and promising core now that Rubio is almost gone. I think they will definitely make the playoffs this year.

I've also heard the Warriors are looking for Batum to replace Barnes, that would be a major upgrade in my opinion even if Batum comes from an injury and a disappointing season at Charlotte.

Batum is a good fit for the warriors because he is an all around player who is good in rebounding, assists, and consistent in 3 point shooting. I think they will improve in the next season with batum on the floor.

Batum actually fits for most teams including Cavs due to his versatility and all-around package plus he's still young.

Definitely, Thibs is a defense specialist and that is their game when thibs was still the coach. Bulls are not really a good shooting team but with their good defense they were able to reach the playofffs and even face the cavaliers and compete.

Yes, defense is the key. They should've added an offensive minded assistant coach to assist Thibs in the offensive side of things.

Definitely, Thibs is a defense specialist and that is their game when thibs was still the coach. Bulls are not really a good shooting team but with their good defense they were able to reach the playofffs and even face the cavaliers and compete.
