As you can see, plenty of confirmations there while still waiting to exchange. I went on facebook and got a generic response to a question I didn't even ask. Same with emails, same with twitter. I'm still waiting for my BCH and I can prove that too.

You should have put up some test amounts before putting big amounts and also it would be more a convincing thing about to your complaint if you do paste up some proofs and now just wait up for OP's reply.

Hi! We do not oppose the classical %. We offer users a certain rate, which we get on the basis of market analysis. If the exchange finished for the better rate than we expected, we get a small profit.

Trust rating would always matter when it comes to new service. I have seen this is just an another exchange or swap service same like shapeshift and changelly but commonly and im aware that shapeshift is more popular and trust as of this recent times. Ive seen the number of coins that you can swap exceeds shapeshift itself which i doubt if this would be legit or not yet i cant see any feedbacks as now.
