As for the accusation of fraud by mrt15, this situation has been resolved back then, the user reached out to our support team. The exchange in question was created 2/22/2021, 0:30:41 AM UTC with a float rate and failed due to a significant change in the exchange rate. To protect our users from unexpected losses, we stop the exchange in case of a significant jump in the cryptocurrency price and check whether the client wants to continue the exchange at the new rate. If the client is not satisfied with the new exchange rate, we make a refund. In this case with mrt15, he agreed to a refund, which we successfully completed within 3 hours. He also asked for a refund of the network fee and this request was also granted by us.

We've been in the market for more than 5 years. Crypto is a highly competitive and community driven industry, so it’s fair to say that we simply wouldn’t have survived this long if we scammed our users. We’re ready to fend off all of the scam accusations.

Of course, OP has been disappearing again since the date of publishing these topics on 06/08. This is completely unprofessional and raises many claims that put this service in question.

After being scammed by SimpleSwap myself, I did some digging and SimpleSwap LTD, registered in the UK, does exist. It's owned by Artem Eremenko, who lives in Russia. I have no idea why Artem doesn't seem to want any transparency for his company.

Valerii Agapitov is also listed as a company officer.

The site has a Loyalty Program in form of a token called SimpleSwap Coin, I just happened on simpleswap.io myself today so I tested it out and had a smooth run with one transaction so far.

Thing is, I think this Loyalty Program maybe a dead end right now after looking at their smart contract here: https://ethplorer.io/address/0x163c649ac276c5fdcc27db30a1c1f070cb731c04

Was curious to grab some of this token and put it in my new simpleswap.io account to maybe switch to these guys as a daily driver for my mining exchanges but it appears I can't even find this token on most of the eth based exchanges out there. So maybe someone from this project can enlighten if this is even a live option anymore on the site, for the life of me I don't see how you can get their token if the smart contract is showing no movement really at all.

Seems like a worthy fast exchange platform but I am sketched out a little by this loyalty program seeing it seems there is no tangible way to utilize it at the moment due to no route to purchase the key ingredient with this token. I see they list Forkdelta as a means of purchasing this token but when I punch in Swap over there its showing me another token not this one.

Project though seems legit as far as I can tell. I got a fair price on my non-KYC test trade today, so that got me to sign up as a customer but I am not sure if this is still superly active in development or if there is plans to push this loyalty program to a place its easier to utilize. Anyone from the team can let us know, be really cool to know more about that side of the site as a signed up customer.

What SWAP token are you talking about?
You must be mistaken. As far as I know they don't have any token and even if they had one, what significance would it have on their exchange?

Simpleswap is just an instant cryptocurrency exchange. Beware of scam tokens that may claim to be part of simpleswap.

Hello everyone, this project is one of the most successful and I have already used swap, the services of your website.
I'm just interested in when your token (SWAP) will be included in your swap token list, at the end it's your original token
and should be part of the swap.

I just point them what to do, and what is the correct method. I also have no doubt in BestChange business, and to accept a deal with proven fraudsters.

You woke up this thread after seven months to tell us that https://simpleswap.io/ is offline, which is not true.
Then you shill for changenow. you do very bad marketing for your "favourite" exchanger.
Maybe is better to suggest them to list on exchanger monitors like BestChange (check my signature). they have shown themselves to be reliable, probably potential cooperation can help them in business.

The site is not working right now & as I saw there are lots of users scammed. It's really bad.

Those are searching a legit exchange for instant swap their alt-coin, I can recommend them to use ChangeNOW platform.
Recently I used it & it really works very smoothly & almost instantly.
They have also lots of others feathers also & also have their native token NOW.

Thanks for the clarifications cause i first thought the two sites belong to the same person but after going through the link you provided which does produce both sites to be a partnership.
Honestly, best change offers a service which i believe may affect there reputation because some of the site listed on their exchange catalog may scammer their users while best change maybe accuses of promoting scam site.

Any service can do such a thing even though they are not partners. That bestchange logo on simpleswap website is like the social media logos you see there. It doesn't necessarily mean they have a  partnership or are related. It's just a link to their profiles


I checked and the bestchange name/logo on the website actually has a link to the simpleswap profile in the bestchange website. A place where you can read more about simpleswap including its current status, website age, Reserve, reviews, statistcs etc

I know what I'm saying and if you went through the simpleswap site you'll understand my point because they actually add bestchance name on their site and they didn't include anything about having them as a partner.


He does learn a hard lesson but it something that can happen to anyone on his first to use a website.

Lesson learned buddy and sad to hear thats why its always advisable on verifying everything before making any transaction.
It doesnt really cost an arm and leg to search up things online.
