At first, they came pretty well and were responsive, but now complaints have been pouring in since the spam messages seemed to have spread to bigger problems. I don't know what the problem is because I don't prioritize new casinos with a minimal reputation too much. I think the problem you're facing is that it takes 48 hours to be a bad service for a casino that wants to show its presence in the realm of gambling. Don't put any money into it until the casino is completely 100% trusted.

4Days and still get no response of my ticket, they have indeed clarified about it in this thread but I think they should respond to any ticket.
Frankly speaking, I was interested to use this casino as my alternative place for gambling after I tried it sometime ago with the free bonus.
But I think I've just lost my interest because their support is not responsive so it makes me a little bit worry.

I'm trying to be positive, maybe because I sent the ticket on weekend so your support is on their vacation but it is on working days already, yet I get no response.

Not a really good behavior for this casino to have on claiming out that their support is active and responsive but totally opposite on what users been experiencing. Sending out a ticket and not getting any response within

48 hours is really just a bad performance from this new casino.They should be honest and transparent at least and made out some apology instead on trying out to argue that they are something like that.

It should correlate on what the community is been experiencing and not totally claiming on what they do have in mind.

Do you think that the rules of the free $5 bonus are too much for you? If so, simply leave it. No one is forced to take the bonus, you are free to choose and once you decided to take it then you should follow the rules. Anyone should not complain the rules after taking the bonus, users need to read all the rules first before taking any kind of bonuses. I know what you dont like is the requirement to deposit $100 and wager it 1x once you want to withdraw your winning from the bonus after you complete the wagering requirement. I know it looks hard but imagine if you win $100 (the max amount to withdraw from the bonus) but I think the rule is still reasonable.

This is something very important, because I have seen in some chaos that they do not read the terms and conditions well and they form a big problem in it, in the end it is something very painful for the player, and sometimes by ignoring those terms they think that the casino is stealing or similar things, but something must be seen here before all this, the money that is given in a casino is not always "given", it has to be earned with your own effort, I think this is a premise that every player has to take take into account and know that things are like that here, I also believe that this detail makes each site more legitimate, when you see gifts and great things you have to start suspecting.

you should have posted this as early as possible because we are in online forum in which spam emails are commonly managed and being abused , better that you mentioned this part even before sending emails because like now? players are questioning your integrity and your capacity in handling securities because even said that this is from your end ? who will really prove thought hat 10 euro bonus is even cheaper to what you can earn from selling details to 3rd party users?
but I think this will serve as warning still , Now I am doubting your account handling specially our data .

there are no tags because there is no concrete evidence against them, so far there is only suspicion and as OP does not appear on the forum we can assume that he disappeared and is not running the site or else he may be sick and for that reason is not active anyway for now people need to stay away from this site

well it's hard to say that, because thinking on the other hand if OP sold our emails, then why are we receiving OP website promotion emails but with email that is not official casino email?
That raises up the suspicion because if you are running a business then it would be that professional on making use of their casino email rather than with some sort of personal or something random which you could actually say that it isnt really that appropriate.

We cant really make out conclusions though but it is better to avoid this site and wait up for some words or clarifications from OP but it would be unlikely that he would really be coming back again.

Before there was a post about phishing email OP was inactive until now, but maybe he already knows about this spam email with keeps following updates in this thread without logging into his account, this incident has become a warning for users who are still playing and have funds there will better withdrawl it right away if it's still possible

Aside from the inactivity of OP since 19th, the support system is also inactive.
I sent them a ticket (around 48hours ago) but I get no answer till now, I ask them related to the probably phishing attempt by email.
It seems that this casino is handled by single person only, so there is no active representative in both this forum and on the website.

I got that email too and it looks like all slotella users got this email, hope no one gets fooled by this phishing attempt. I unscribed an email from slotella hope it works but if this is a data leak even though we have unscribed then we will still get emails like this from other scam websites.
Very unfortunate to have such experience in a very new site, no matter the data is leaked or being sold, it may affect the reputation of Slotella as a new site that has just started their business. This is why it is always recommended to have different email and password for different account to avoid something bad. Unfortunately slotella's official representative account is not active for 5 days now, hope he will come back soon to clarify.

I'm already starting to get worried about this OP disappearance and just when there's a scam accusation where the accuser claims they said the accuser's account was hacked and now there's this case of spam emails that I suspect this casino sold our emails . I have stopped using this casino

You can clearly see the difference between the slotella support email from a phishing attempt email.  So I am wondering too, is there a data leak in your system?  I hope no one from your staff is leaking or selling your clients' data.  You should address this issue and fix it asap.

Do you try to reply on the email and check what will be there reply? We need to know whether this is a real scam attempt or just there other email for promotion. I have slotella account since I just claim there 5$ bonus but I didn’t received this kind of email. It’s better confirmed that this email will result to scam attempt using the link as proof for the accusation to make it solid.

It’s clearly a data leak you can confirmed that they are sending phishing links.
