Checked out the site and tried the free $5 bonus offered by the site. Everything I played worked as it should, no issues with anything I tried. Have not tried depositing or withdrawing.
To anyone complaining about the bonus terms or amount. The bonus is meant for users to be able to test the site with 0 risk, not for someone to farm the site and get free money.

At first seeing your case, I thought the player has valid point but upon reading his replies and with his attitude, I really believe that he is just using the hack possibility as an excuse to recover his loss because he was too impatient to withdraw his balance. You processed the first 20K withdrawal so it means that you are willing to pay the player. Too bad for him for not setting 2FA while his account has a huge balance in there. He is very clever on coming up to an excuse that he made on his thread but his attitude show what his true color.

Too many people are contacting us for the signature campaign. Can someone explain this? Why can't we start a sign promotions?
I always assumed that users were breaking rule #29 of the RULES of the forum when pmming companies about campaigns unless a company specifically asked about campaigns. I have a pretty good guess which managers send pms. If they are unwanted pms you can click the report to admin link in the pm and report these managers.

I don't see the point in creating new topics for promotion Slotella.com (thanks again for the $5 bonus), betting only on one forum is not justified, especially with such restrictions.
The point of creating separate topic is to give more exposure for the promotion. As we all know that there is a specific board that can be used for such promotion. Aside from the exposure, it is also to avoid spam message related to the promotion in this ANN thread which is not really good if there are too many repetitive/similar questions related to the promotion.

I think it is good to have minimum of being active Member rank in forum, but you still need to watch out for cheaters abuse.Yesterday I registered on Slotella website for testing purposes and I already received $5 bitcointalk welcome bonus on my account.
That wagering requirements could be better, and I don't it's good to have to deposit $100 before you can withdraw anything.
I definitely agree that the wagering requirement should be a must and there is no transfer of the fund from one to another account, there should be a limit to transferring funds into another account. This could be how to protect the user's fund and the gambler and gambling casino as well.
No KYC gambling casino will probably be prone to scamming and abusing players, you should take address it.
However, good to see OP was actively answered all those concerns.
