Yes I received the same email in my spam folder as seen below:

I just created a ticket to slottela support, hopefully we will get the answer from them as soon as possible from their support or it would be better if they confirm it here.
However I believe the email we received about the bonus is not official from slotella since the official email of slotella is using @slotella.zendesk.com
