That's the problem for centralized 3rd party slots. There's nothing we can do except trust the provider that they are fair. I did this trick as well, switching between currencies. What I suspect was different currencies have different "seeds" so you basically like refreshing the seeds on hash games. When you have a good "seed," you'll notice better luck. But that's unpredictable and in the end, still random.

As long as I know this feature is not yet launched officially as it is still listed as "Coming Soon"

Ayezee is known as one of gambling streamer and maybe he is also paid streamer in Rollbit and he got an early access for this feature before rollbit launched it publicly to all players. I'm not really sure how this feature will work, but I cant deny that it is a unique feature. It can be a new trend and maybe other casinos will follow this move.
