You can do it in few hours if you play so many games at the same time. Lets say you need to spend 30 minutes for 1,000 spins in 1 game, it means that you will have 10k spins in 30 minutes if you play 10 games at the same time (calculate yourself for more games at the same time). So basically making 100k spins will not take too long time unless you do 1 game only. I believe free spins is not counted for the competition in playbetr and I also believe that most participants play slots with no free spins feature because the main idea of the competition is to have as many spins as possible.

I think it also depends on how often you win and how many bonuses you get during the spins to be able to reach that number of spins. There is no special technique and I also do not spend 24/7 for this competition as I have many things to do IRL.

Money can be a powerful weapon in this contest if you run multiple tabs at the same time.
This way you spend less time but you may need to risk more money.
Someone was able to make more than 100k spins in just several hours, it was shocking moment for me as I have no idea how many tabs he play.
