They clearly state that orders can be delivered in less than one week, but they don't promise you that.
I understand you're pissed, but calling them scammers is a little out of line.

Why do you think I order 2 packs almost every week? You think I smoke that much? It's because I know there can be delays, so I stock them up Wink

Also, Moldova is not part of the EU, so there is a good chance your packages got held in customs.

Sorry to rain on your parade Blazr, but I've been receiving(and my friends) packages from cigs.eu at least once a week and usually they only take 1 week to get here, sometimes even less than a week, just like the last one I got that was sent wednesday and arrived last monday.

Definitely not a scam. Blame the postal service for the delays. Wink

Received my order today. It was effectively shipped on the second business day, and arrived ~2 weeks after placing the order.

Pleased with the quality (grabbed two cartons on clearance, glad to be smoking something not mentholated anymore), extremely pleased with the price, shipping time is very reasonable considering the long distance it had to travel. Will order from again.

Just PM me and we will match their offer. The reason for this is because, unlike bitcoincigarettes, we accept credit cards as well, and it costs us a lot to do so - it is a pain in the ass to separate the shipping cost for customers paying with credit cards from the one for customers paying with Bitcoin.

Dude, you should've expected this they always check for cigarrettes.
You have to cleverly smuggle them in.. also now your address is a known smuggling address and everything sent to it will be opened. Get a po box next time with a street address.

Only way for Canadians to import cheap tobacco is buying $20 cartons of native smokes or clandestine importing from the US they open everything else, especially if from Asia/Eastern Europe

my bet is that that euro and us have a trade agreement where if a product passes through thier territory, Then the owning patry of said territory may charge xyz pre agreed upon amount, Win/Win for both places, Lose for the people wanting the goods., Damned Import regulations, But they are in place for good reason, It would be Very Very bad if they were gone

seems like you got unlucky and the customs sussed your package contained cigarettes.

Also how come there is US Customs tag on it if you live in Canada?

i have no freaking idea. It's a bloody sticker on the box (i only had a brief glance at the package because i did not have money to pay the fee) and i said on it US CUSTOMS NOTICE: and then alot of small text, and then $84.50 in bold writing at the bottom right of what appeard to be a recipt,

Then the postal worker handed me a notice (since i told her to take it away and hold it till i paid for it) wich stated "US DUTY FEE: CIGGARETTES $84.50"

Thats completely ridiculous.... uhhhh.... why is the US government trying to make a Canadian citizen pay US tobacco taxes on something sent from Europe to Canada?
