I am not an online business person and just use social media for entertainment and to keep in touch with my loved ones. But I also don't see anything wrong or offensive when people use it to do business, or make money. Why don't we look at the positive side of it since we can do everything with just such a platform?
As a customer, I also prefer to be consulted and buy via social media rather than having to spend a lot of time going to the store, which really takes up a lot of my time. Social networks really make our lives more convenient and save more things.

That is really the point; they are more focused now on creating profits than having a better user experience, like before when the social media UI was very old but there were no ads and you could really see the true video contents and not those videos that had been bombarded by ads. Well, social media is really made now to create profit, so we can't blame it. Let's just continue to use it and try not to mind those ads.

Agree with your statement, The current rapid development of information technology, especially with the COVID pandemic at that time, made social media users more active. and many use social media as a place for them to help with their daily lives or express themselves. And not a few of them take advantage of social media as an opportunity for them to be able to develop and use it for commercial or business purposes. This also happened to my family at that time and until now I have used social media to promote and sell products.

Of course, even though social media does have a positive impact, not infrequently it also has a negative impact.
