They are everywhere as they find the place a good venue to do business, even how many times you'll going to report the account there are many that will rise back and will continue annoying you while browsing around. It's now the nature of social media channels the services are more on selling and promoting to reach for wider audiences for a possible interest and earn sales and views.

We can't avoid or prevent it now as the developers itself are promoting these features to attract people who have the intentions to do business to maximize the use of their platforms.

I think this is obvious when you visit Instagram. It became advertisement place in later years. There are like, at least 1 ad in every 3 pictures in my opinion, with big pages. Even if you follow rather innocent small accounts like ones that post pics and videos of Scotland (example), even they get sponsored content sometimes. I think this is main reason people started to pay for premium services. YouTube ads are annoying as hell.
