I have a theory that it might be an isogram based cipher
if you want to know more about isogram, check this http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Isogram
possible isogram words
I don't know... The word "Quizz !" looks suspicious, but has the letter "z" twice, so it's not the right one?
Then, i counted all the letters on each line:

Yep many repeated group of letters, the question is what they represent? Has anyone have a clue on how to solve this? PM me if you want to share or group attack on the answer.

i've Increased the time!. but the Cipher has been Solved Actually ! the prize still Remain High, just not as high as it was first!.

Any tip if this is a substitution cipher? You're a real dick for placing the cipher on an image rather than text which can be copied btw

Like "T S R MB I" and "I U SY A"
