We have puzzle.

The phrase is the part of quote:
“Watch your thoughts, they become words;
watch your words, they become actions;
watch your actions, they become habits;
watch your habits, they become character;
watch your character, for it becomes your destiny.”

Where first letters of words "Words - Actions - Thoughts - Character - Habits" could be gathered again in WATCH.

So their order: 2,3,1,5,4 may be a key.

We also have the list of numbers.

It could be a phone number, GPS coordinates, ISBN or nothing.

If we take first letter of every digit we have:

tz.oss.nt.of.ee.t ("to feet" at the end almost have some sense

)

If we take first letter of every whole number we have:

t.ohss.nt.f.ee.t (even more sense, because OHSS is the reason of swollen FEET

)

The vertical line under "20" could mean something or could be just the part of cursor.
