Only when the Cipher has been cracked or when the time runs out(if i'm not planning to use it again in the future) !

No I had to move around some things and set a new time limit and deleted the calculator in the mean time, it gave away some errors so I have to fix that when I get home from work is this another clue?

I'm wondering if the sentence "watch your thoughts; they become words." has anything to do with the solution. 
Maybe some kind of ANSI character encoding, but some of the numbers are too low for that.
