Market review is good and useful because it helps you identify where to start, but character development is better because it will help you keep your business.

I think the first thing you need to do before starting any business is market needs analysis, because you might have the coolest idea and investors and the plan, but there is so much of the product already in there, so you would have no chances to push it through, or conversely, this product might be old-fashioned, so noone would be interested in it at all. Also, if you're planning to have a large-scale scheme, you can start with creating a small, inaugural project and see how it goes, in this case you won't be venturing the money.

I sincerely think that the only issue in business is nothing but how to get a good start up,because the manner of a business startup can go a long way to securing the business enterprise,when a business is not planned well before starting it up,it often leads to a quick bankrupt but when the factors such as enough capital,site and accessibility are put in place and to atleast a partially favorable level things with time will fall in place and tou see the said venture flourish.

Being under payed is frustrating and keeps people from being productive since they know that doing everything perfectly won't mean shit since they won't be remunerated accordingly so they'll be lazy .

In my opinion, before starting a business, the first thing is to know what kind of business you want to build. Second, check for its application, the dos and don'ts, the advantage and disadvantage, also see if it will provide satisfaction to public or simply know your customers. I agree! Having a business is not so easy like we are thinking. A lot of things should be consider. In fact mot everyone can able to start their business, maybe they can but will not last because they didn't achieve those competencies or they are not so knowledgeable in terms of running a business. I believe that applying your interest is the best thing to do so that your set goala will able to achieve.

Well .. being a successful businessman is one of everyone's dreams. but to achieve it requires a process that involves sacrifice, never give up and work hard. so that can be interpreted, start a business can not carelessly. there are some things to watch out for before starting a business. among them, as you mentioned.
