We can't force others to understand what truly is bitcoin. I think some doesn't understand its volatility of value in bitcoin. Just lack of education and knowledge that's why others don't understand crypto its useful and how this can benefits to people.
Majority of people don't truly understand the value of BTC and the effect it will have on their finance in the future. I believe this is true negligence on their part. The lack of knowledge will put them at a massive disadvantage and I'm afraid that even when they realise it they'd think it is too late and still won't bother learning. It is sad but in today's society unfortunately it's the truth.

I still don't understand how could people with such a higher position do such foolish statements. So there is no point remain to listen to his statement. They don't have to talk unless they have fully understood the concept otherwise you will responsible for making fun of yourself. That's the example of how half knowledge is harmful. But what I can see is he is just using bitcoin to gather people. He is using the current trend in bitcoin even without understanding it. That's why they find it hard because they don't even want to understand it, he just want to attract people that is interested in bitcoin.

I learnt about the crypto world in 2017 and before I could get along or understand how it operates it took a while. Sometimes when I explained to people here in my country what is bitcoin they really didn't get how it really works. Bitcoin is a cryptocurrency, and I think the first thing I learnt about or come across was Bitcoin.
In my opinion, Bitcoin is the first crypto asset and is the most valuable in the world. This shows that Bitcoin's design is optimized to be extremely safe and easy to use, befitting its role as digital gold. if we compare it with other cryptos, Bitcoin is not difficult to understand, on the contrary, among many other cryptos, the only bitcoin is easy to understand
try to explain it to 5 year old child how to use fiat money and how to use bitcoin and you'll understand that bitcoin is much complex to understand and use rather than our fiat currencies. well for some normal people I think they find it complex and hard to understand.
I would say he has a lack of knowledge about Btc or he is more concerned about the volatile nature of BTC. He might be trusting stable coins rather than other altcoins that daily moves up and down. For me, bitcoin is the most reliable cryptocurrency than other altcoins. Banks will not rely on the volatile currency they will rather choose stable cryptocurrencies because most of the investors or depositors do not risk their money they want to keep their money at minimum risk.
i think bitcoin is the modern money. just like precious metals where discovered in the 10 to 20 centuries ago and government and institutions used it as a source of value. Also it was traded on platform. Bitcoin is the modern day money but better than Gold ,silver, diamonds and the rest of the precious metals because it is decentralized and can be owned by anyone.

^ Many people still don't care or don't want to know more about crypto and Bitcoin, they think Bitcoin is not that interesting. As long as they want to find out more about crypto and Bitcoin then it is not difficult to understand the benefits and risks of crypto.

There is no such interest as what I saw to that CEO. He heard the word Bitcoin only because people are talking about it but that was a slim chance that it brought to his attention and taken for granted. a lot of people like this, this is a reason why crypto adotion can't be fully spread globally because of some misconceptions and understanding. We can't push them either, they don't even bother to try or it gives them time to know more about this technology. For out of 100% heard about Bitcoin, maybe only 1% have fully understood it, the rest are in doubts.

it's not hard to believe, but Bitcoin needs a higher popularity,
if Bitcoin reaches a new all time high I'm sure a lot of good news will be spread,
and this will make Bitcoin even more recognized by the public.
I think young people are more curious about Bitcoin and they use Bitcoin more than older people. Being open to new things is very important these days. Because we live inside the technology. Older people are usually not very good on things like these and Bitcoin or other cryptos seem more complex than fiat to them. Because they are accustomed to fiat for many many years.
Well its because a younger people today was a more risk takers and willing to adopt new things. And i bet it is hard to explain what bitcoin is to the older since they are used to the old systems of trading or investmeny. Today the competition to live a good life was so hard and even earning a minimum wages today couldn't supply your daily need or the needs of your family that's why the younger one are the one who explores a lot with the use of technology and that is why also i am here because of my curiousity about crypto and bitcoin.
When I was first introduced to bitcoin I immediately understood it and immediately learned, it was not difficult for me and very easy ... but most people are very difficult and even afraid to know bitcoin, because the risk is very high. people who don't want to take risks, those who don't understand bitcoin and don't want to get close to bitcoin.
Honestly, the first time i heard and learned about bitcoin, i find it quite complicated. But i never stop studying crypto and bitcoin until they became clear to me. I guess the CEO don't understand bitcoin because he refuse to do so. He thinks it's hard to understand because it's very risky as an investment. And as a currency, until now it's still not accepted as a payment mode so anyone would find it hard dealing with it. But for us bitcoin enthusiasts, we have understood it because we believe in it. 
There's no way Masayoshi Son as SoftBank CEO doesn't understand Bitcoin, he just can't accept the existence of Bitcoin.

Using Bitcoin simply for transaction, which is the main reason Satoshi Nakamoto made it, is easy than when you decide to start investing and trading it.When I was using Bitcoin for transactions I only buy when I need to send money and also when I receive Bitcoin as payment I don’t leave it there, I withdraw it that same minute using peer-to-peer exchanges that are locally available to get the money straight to my bank. There is really nothing hard to know about Bitcoin, just get a good wallet, copy your address and send to the payee or if you’re the one sending the money you ask for their address and copy paste, then send. So what’s hard in it? People just don’t want to use Bitcoin, there’s nothing hard in it.
many people find it hard to understand because they dont know where to start with. if they will spend a lil bit of time understanding it and following some basic instructions that you can readily find from the net, it is actually easy. but people are lazy and they want to be spoon feed.
anyway, if theres a will, theres a way, right? so for those serious users that wanted to know about bitcoin or crypto, they can easily do so. there are tons of info from the net that they can start learning from. they dont even need to enroll in a formal course or something. browse the net and bingo! they should be patient reading though.

the existence of crypto currency or altcoin is an alternative investment besides bitcoin. and in my opinion ordinary people will only understand crypto, especially only about Bitcoin. This is my experience before knowing about crypto and not knowing what crypto is. everything started from BITCOIN sources and in the end I started getting to know and find out about Altcoin information.
